Order Processing Time:

  • Standard Processing: Each piece is uniquely crafted upon order, requiring 5-7 days for creation and preparation before shipping. We carefully package every artwork to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
  • Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Times:

  • Domestic Shipping: Most orders arrive within 7-10 business days after dispatch, although times may vary based on location.
  • Delays: Please note that unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or carrier delays, may affect delivery times. We will do our best to keep you updated.

Shipping Fees:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, and selected shipping method.

Address Requirements:

  • Accurate Address: Ensure your address details are accurate at checkout to avoid delays or misdeliveries. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for issues arising from incorrect shipping addresses.
  • P.O. Box Policy: We currently do not deliver to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical street address for all orders.

International Shipping:

At this time, we are only offering domestic (U.S.) shipping. Stay tuned for updates as we expand our shipping options in the future.
